India’s statement at the worldwide platform came a day after four terrorists from Pakistan entered an Indian military base camp in Uri, Jammu and Kashmir, on Sunday and opened fire on the soldiers with Ak-47s and threw grenades at them.
The meeting concluded with the decision that India will isolate Pakistan at all global forums.
The latest hostility between the neighboring countries comes amid the largest protests against Indian rule in Kashmir in recent years, sparked by the July 8 killing of a popular rebel commander by Indian soldiers.
“Pakistan will not succumb to threats by India and will not shy away from providing political, diplomatic and moral support to the people of occupied Kashmir”, he said.

Several rebel groups have for decades fought Indian soldiers – now numbering around 500,000 – deployed in the territory, demanding independence for the region or its merger with Pakistan.
