Matthew was joined by his mom, Mary Schricker, for the interview, and discussed the moment at the Pence event Thursday when he questioned Trump’s running mate. In light of that, 11-year old, Matthew Schricker, a Donald Trump loyalist, wanted to make sure Pence was truly committed to the Trump team. “Is this going to be your role in the administration?” “Matthew. What did you say that I’ve been doing?” The next day, Pence released a statement saying, “Donald Trump and I believe that Captain Humayun Khan is an American hero and his family, like all Gold Star families, should be cherished by every American”. The rally was the first time Pence visited the state with Republican presidential nominee, Trump.

Asked what he would do if he were president, Matthew carefully responded, “I don’t know what the issues will be in the future”. “We have different styles you might have noticed that”, he said.

Savannah even asked Mrs. Pence about the best advice she’s given her husband since he became the Vice Presidential nominee. John McCain and Speaker Ryan, while attacking New Hampshire Sen. He added that he “couldn’t be more proud to stand with Donald Trump shoulder to shoulder”. He then shifted gears to praise Trump, who he said will “support our military and their families” and “defeat the enemies of our freedom”. “My concern was he wasn’t going full on on Trump’s views, and I was a little anxious that he was softening up a little bit”.

Wednesday, he made a stop in Phoenix where he told supporters that he and Trump will bring no-nonsense leadership to the White House.

Jeanne Eskew, who attended a recent Pence rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan, said she hopes Pence can “balance” Trump out.

“None of the establishment politicians really followed my views and actually agreed with me”, Schricker told reporters.
