A teenage mother won a lottery of £100,000 and said this is the best Christmas present ever she got.
Winner Rebecca Tierney, 19, suddenly decided to buy a National lottery scratch card worth £1, a day before the Christmas Eve.
Miss Rebecca said that initially she thought that she had won only £2 but soon she realized that she had won much greater amount than this.
The winner teenage lady, living with her mother and a 3 months old child, said that she will spend the winning amount in her family, learning to drive and a holiday.
In a talk, she said “I rarely buy scratch cards but I had bought a can of Coke and saw the scratch cards and thought, ‘it is coming up to Christmas, I could be lucky’. I just spent £1”
