Three men entered the store at 1025 Central St. where the victim was, and an altercation ensued, witnesses told The Enterprise.
A CVS spokesman said the company believes the shooting took place near the front checkout counter, and the store closed temporarily while police processed the scene.
The 18-year-old victim is expected to survive.
On Friday, a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old were arrested in connection to the Washington Street shooting.
Police say they are actively searching for Pierre-Louis.
