He said two BSF personnel – Yamuna Nagar resident Rocky and Subhendu Roy of Jalpaiguri in West Bengal, were killed and 14 others injured in the attack around 18 kms from Udhampur town.

With this ceasefire violation, there have been 17 such incidents in the past nine days. The ceasefire pact was seen as a big confidence-building measure in India. Pakistan is yet to accept the dates.
