The men, who are in their 20s, died Saturday in San Joaquin County. The parachute did not appear to have deployed until after impact. He did not release the names because family members have not yet been notified. Like all skydiving accidents resulting in fatalities, the accident will be investigated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in order to determine the exact cause of the two skydivers’ deaths.

“I’m not happy about it, but it’s part of the deal, I guess”, said Conkright, who has jumped at the center for 21 years.
The wind and other conditions were “perfect” at the time of the jump, Dause said. He was an incredible boy’. The website says introductory tandem jumps from 13,000 feet, with an instructor cost $100.
The skydive centre was in the news in May, when a small plane carrying 17 skydivers took off from there and landed upside-down after clipping a pickup. The worst injuries were minor cuts and scrapes.
Lodi Parachute Center owner Bill Dause says the first-time skydiver had been making a tandem jump Saturday with a veteran skydiving instructor.
He said the two jumpers were very experienced.
The skydiving center’s owner says the weather was ideal at the time of the jump. ‘You’re jumping out of a plane.
He said they do not yet know why it failed to eject.
