3 men killed in overnight Brooklyn shooting

One of the victims was a 43-year-old man who was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene.

A third man, 76-year-old Herbert Brown, of Brooklyn, had a wound to his abdomen.

Police are investigating after three men were killed in an early morning shooting in Brooklyn.

According to police, the violence kicked off around 5:45 p.m. Saturday when Julio Yasser, 36, was fatally shot in front of Mr. Lee Cleaners at Church Avenue near Ocean Avenue. They were taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where Suazo was pronounced dead and the second man is in critical condition.

Then, about 10:40 p.m., in East Harlem, 34-year-old Kevin Brye was shot in the head while standing outside near his home on First Avenue and Eat 115th Street, police said.

At about the same time those shootings were taking place in Downtown Brooklyn, a 21-year-old man was shot in the face and and another man was stabbed at a Bronx house party. It’s unclear what provoked the shooting, but the gunman shot and killed three people, according to police.

Their names were not immediately released and no arrests were made.
