32 killed, 90 hurt in bomb blasts in Syria
No one has yet taken responsibility for the terrorist attacks. They are being taken to Turkey from where they will leave for Lebanon and then return to government-held areas in Syria. The United Nations presided over implementation of the deal. The accord was supposed to give the government a clear path to retake the last rebel-controlled area of the city.

Up to 32 people have been killed and 90 others wounded following multiple bomb blasts in the embattled Syrian city of Homs.
Those leaving from Zabadani will travel across the border to Lebanon and fly from Beirut to Turkey, before travelling back to opposition-held areas in Syria, he said.
Government figures and local leaders reached a deal last week to evacuate thousands of jihadists and civilians from southern Damascus, but the agreement was apparently derailed after the death of rebel chief Zahran Alloush on Friday. Barrazi said the attacks came in response to the reconciliation deal in the city.
Twin blasts on December 12, also in Zahra, killed at least 16 people.
It remains unclear whether there were just two bombs, as the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights is claiming, or whether there were three separate blasts at the scene.
