Inside the home, police say they found the bodies of the shooting suspect’s brother, the brother’s girlfriend and another man who lived in the home. She was pronounced dead at the scene by medics at 2:30 p.m.

Investigators say the girl’s father told them he was playing with a gun when it went off and struck the girl in the face.

Police are questioning a man after a five-year-old boy shot dead his four-year-old sister. The identity of the 4-year-old girl has also not yet been made public.

Crystal Dougherty, who said she is friends with the family, said the little girl was sweet and loved Barbie dolls and coloring.

The mother’s boyfriend fled the home after the shooting but was being questioned at police headquarters late Saturday, CBS Philadelphia station KYW reported.
