49ers General Manager Won’t Rule Out Colin Kaepernick Trade This Week
It appears Anthony Davis’ headache has morphed into a migraine.

If 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick wants out of San Francisco, he hasn’t said so in his own words.
The messages could have blown up the bridges Davis had possibly already burned with the team.
49ers “retired” RT Anthony Davis tweeted, “I do not want to work with a front office or anyone else who seemingly doesn’t want to win as bad as I do”. “I hope he’s following his heart and not the $”.
On April 1, he tweeted: “I’ll be filing for reinstatement to the National Football League later this year”. Last week, Baalke said he’d recently had correspondence with Davis, but declined to reveal specifics.
Baalke told ESPN’s Bob Holtzman that he wouldn’t rule out the trade, despite saying earlier in the year that they were committed to the quarterback and would let him compete with Blaine Gabbert for the starting job. “I don’t like the back and forth messy [stuff]”. If that’s indeed the case, a Kaepernick trade during the draft would hardly come as a surprise.
The draft begins Thursday and concludes Saturday.

The Broncos did free up some cap space by trading offensive tackle Ryan Clady but have since used that cap space to sign Ronnie Hillman, Jared Crick, Shiloh Keo, Garrett Graham, and multiple other guys.
