Six people, including four children from the same family, were killed after a tire on a minivan blew out on a Florida highway, causing the vehicle to go out of control and slam into a wall and another auto, authorities said. Mark Wysocky, the tragic accident occurred as a result of separation of a minivan’s tire tread.

Three of the deceased were pronounced dead at the crash site. Two adults and one child survived with injuries ranging from serious to minor. The vehicle then spun back into the southbound lane and into the path of an SUV, according to the FHP report.
The dead included Solis-Perez’s two sons and two of her daughters, ages 17, 14, 7 and 5. Those who suffered severe injuries were the operator of the minivan, Heidi Solis-Perez, who is 33 years old, and another passenger named Daisy Julian-Solis, who is 11 years old. One adult remains hospitalized and a second was treated and released, WPTV reported.
