76ers coach Brett Brown sees glimpses of LeBron, Magic in Ben Simmons
Now that the anxiously-awaited draft lottery has come to a close and the Philadelphia 76ers have landed the No. 1 overall pick in the upcoming 2016 NBA Draft, a new dilemma has emerged: Ben Simmons or Brandon Ingram?

Branden Dawson – The Clippers didn’t enter the 2015 NBA Draft with a selection, but they made a draft night trade with the New Orleans Pelicans to get in and select Branden Dawson at No. 56 overall in the second round.
The Boston Celtics, with a pick dealt to them by the Brooklyn Nets, remained in the No. 3 slot.
On the other hand, the team faced the terrifying possibility of losing the pick altogether as it was only top-three protected and would be awarded to the Philadelphia 76ers if it fell out of that range.
The 76ers were easily the last-placed team with just 10 wins and 72 losses.
After securing the #1 pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, fans are hoping the 76ers are done with tanking. Ainge had previously admitted that the Celtics could consolidate some of those selections, and the fact the team now knows exactly where they will be operating from in the draft gives the front office more direction heading into a big offseason. Sean also shares his mock draft and what we can expect from the incoming class. Sean also talks about the Orlando Magic and who they might take at 11.
But at No. 1, the goal is to land a potential superstar, and Simmons is the best bet in this draft.
“We’re excited with the position we are now in”, said the US-born Brown, who coached multiple NBL teams as well as the Boomers at the 2012 Olympics. While all of that sounds about as crisp as music going through Beats by Dre, it’s not what the 76ers need next season.
Despite landing the first overall pick, the Sixers had the opportunity to get another two picks in the top-10 if the Lakers fell out of the top-3 and Sacramento Kings out of the top-10. With three more first rounders this year, the team could be adding more under-22 players to their fold.
The Sixers already have some of the best lottery players of the last two years, namely Nerlens Noel, Joel Embiid, Jahlil Okafor, Nik Stauskas, Jerami Grant, and, if they snag him from Europe this summer, Dario Saric.

“Right now, where we are, it’s all combined”, Ainge said, reports NESN.
