The teaser that leaked today actually comes with the “Bigger than bigger” tagline, as it refers to the Le Pro 3’s battery and battery life. However, Chinese smartphone manufacturer LeEco claims to do better than Apple in that area, with “bigger than bigger” batteries. The image mocks the iPhone 7 for packing a “mini” battery that only offers one extra hour of use per charge. As per reports, LeEco is holding a product launch event of September 21 and the new Le 3 Pro will be the star of the event.

LeEco, formerly known as LeTV, has been maintaining utmost secrecy on the LeEco Le 3 Pro but several details, including its release date and specifications, have been leaked. But both the devices will be powered by Snapdragon 821 SoC. The 8GB RAM variant will be in the range of $463.83 (roughly Rs. 31,100) and $598.53 (roughly Rs. 40,200). This, of course, indicates that the Le Pro 3 will have an outstanding battery life and wipe the floor with Apple’s iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus offerings in that regard. This one will get the same processor as the one mentioned earlier – the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821. If rumors are to be believed, Le Pro 3 will be equipped with 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Now, the more affordable variant will sport a 5.5-inch fullHD display, 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

While the 5.5-inch variant of Le Pro 3 will be priced at 2×99 Yuan, the higher model will be available at 3×99 Yuan. It will also have curved 2.5D curved glass on the front, as per the leak. On the camera front, the base variant will come with a 16-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, while the higher variant will sport a 13-megapixel dual-rear camera setup and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The 4,070mAh battery will be a part of this package, and a 16-megapixel snapper will be placed on the phone’s back. The device is expected to include connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth, 4G LTE and VoLTE among others.
