A man thought to tie his hairy friend into the roadside lamppost before leaving to get a drink for himself.

According to the report, the unknown owner of the animal was at the festival near Valencia, in which he had to show a program of bear.
But he headed towards a pub to get some drink for himself after tying his hairy friend into the lamppost outside.
The event organizer when came to know that the man had tied his bear into lamppost in open, they condemned his action.
A spokesperson from the organizing team said “we are not responsible for what he did during the festival”.
