Mr Farage said he was planning to go “on tour” around the country from now until the referendum – scheduled to take place before the end of 2017.

With predictions that the poll may be held as early as next spring, Mr Farage has said there is no time to waste in engaging in the referendum battle.

While the venue and message were identical to his press conference in July, the Ukip leader did reveal some details: twelve regional co-ordinators have been chosen, 300 events are planned over the next few months and six million leaflets will be delivered by Christmas.
UKIP’s campaign will be separate from the two existing groups vying for designation as official leaders of the No campaign.
The Ukip leader claimed the impact the leadership frontrunner was having on politics showed MPs were “waking up to what the European Union is”. And yes, even though we disagree on nearly everything, I’d love to share a platform with him in the run up to this referendum’.
Asked if he was a “Marmite” politician, Mr Farage said: “I don’t think that’s right”.
“Many of these meetings will be live streamed, because to win the campaign, we must leave Westminster and become accessible to everybody in the country”.
