Indian import/ export manifest site leaks Micromax’s Yu5050, Yu4711 pictures
Benchmark listings on Geekbench suggest two phones, dubbed the Yu5050 and the Yu4711 are making an entrance today. And thanks to this we find out that the handset will come with QHD resolution, a 21 MP rear camera, an 8 MP selfie snapper, 32GB of storage, 3 or 4GB of RAM, and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 SoC at the helm. It is expected to come with dual-SIM and microSD card support. Again, while this kind of pricing is new for YU, it’s not a completely surprising move. Android 5.1.1 Lollipop is also showing for this device and it’s thought that it could be a lesser version of the Yu Yuphoria. However, this does indicate that the price is likely to be sub-Rs.

First off, a Yu 5050 has been spotted entering India for testing purposes by a specialized website tracking imports into the subcontinent.
Perhaps the company avoided this since it could have raised the price to the extent that Micromax Yu5050 would no longer possess the title of being the most affordable Snapdragon 810 smartphone out there. While the import price for the device is stated as Rs. The Geekbench listing also reveals the Yu5050 test scores of 1,353 and 4,622 in single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.
The Micromax Yu4711, on the other hand, is seen featuring a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor clocked at 1.2GHz coupled with 1GB of RAM. According to multiple leaks from Geekbench and Zauba, YU is seemingly just not satisfied with peddling only mid-range and entry-level handsets. It runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
Micromax’s Yu brand started sending invites last week for the launch of its next smartphone (or smartphones) on Tuesday.
The official invite of Micromax has been quoted as saying “When Future Meets Past – The Next Wonder Will be Unveiled”. The upcoming handsets will join the two YU-branded smartphones already present in the Indian market.

With the launch event happening tomorrow, we will have to wait and see what the company has in store for its customers.
