Police say it happened at a home near 50th Street and 52nd Avenue in Kenosha – when the 1.5-month-old child’s mother had filled a container with water to mix a bottle with. Then the mother used the clear liquid in that container to make a bottle for the baby, police said.

Police said the father was arrested Monday night and faced several charges, including felony charges of suffocation and strangulation, two counts of battery, domestic violence, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Hetlet continues that the couple fighting over the baby drinking the vodka was more important than trying to help their daughter.
