According to the report, the researchers have explained that continuous rubbing of the bum on the saddle may lead towards generating a lump in their groin – which is commonly said as third ‘testicles’.

The South African researchers said “Repeated vibration and friction between the lowest pelvis bones, tissue under the bottom’s skin and the hard bike saddles causes the lump”.

Doctors continued by saying that the lump generated may not be always cured and hence the cyclist have to quit cycling.

However, the doctors also advises that changing bike saddles may help – as it helped a 29 year old female cyclist.
