Johnson County Emergency Management says a bank robbery suspect out of Grandview led police and deputies on a high speed chase Thursday afternoon that ended in Mansfield.
Guised in a hat and a bandana, the 41-year-old allegedly pulled a handgun on a teller and demanded cash.
Authorities say at one point during the chase bailey reached speeds of about 150 miles an hour. She talked to police after they were caught.
The auto was registered to an owner in Mansfield, the sheriff said.
At 12:39 p.m., the vehicle crashed into trees on Davis Street in Mansfield.
Mr Bailey is facing charges of aggravated bank robbery and evading arrest. His bail has been set at $510,000.
