According to the report, the emergency services released a notice to make people understand what actually comes under emergency issue, which will definitely save a lot time of the services.
One spokesman from the department said that almost 90% of daily call are of non-emergencies.
Several people call for the issue which can be solved by own but they waste emergency service’s time.
He added that few days ago one complainer had called because the fireworks were too loud.
