A man has growing a new face on his chest after electric shocked left him totally disfigured.

According to the report, doctors are trying to develop another face on his chest after his original one got disfigured because of electric shock.
Doctors said that they have used saline water to make the chest as basketball-sized ‘head’, on which they will carve face and then reattach it to damaged face.
The whole process of plastic surgery will be broken down into five phases and will take almost two years.
The unnamed former technician is at Shenyang Amy General Hospital since past six months regarding the issue.
