Well, it took a dozen seasons, and it happened in what just might be So You Think You Can Dance’s final season. Hailee Payne, Gaby Diaz, Virgil Gadson and Jana “JaJa” Vankova – are competing for a $250,000 prize and a role as a dancer in Jennifer Lopez’s Las Vegas show.

The petite dancing dynamo, who has only danced for three years, won over judge Nigel Lythgoe following her performance at an event for his Dizzy Feet Foundation. Lastly, it was right down to Jaja and Gaby.
“I feel that the Street dancers definitely stretched themselves more outside their comfort zone throughout the show than the Stage dancers did…” The show was hosted by Cat Deeley, who was wearing a sparkling dress. Another stand-out was her Broadway routine with All-Star Ricky, where JaJa glided across the stage easily. In the event you needed the outcomes immediately, you had an extended wait.
Hailee is a terrific dancer who will certainly discover a profession on Broadway, and Gaby proved that she is great at the faucet, but in addition might deal with all types of dance. In the end, Team Stage was victorious. Confetti cannons exploded, streamers rained down and the dancers hoisted Gaby on their shoulders.
The dancers actually labored for his or her rewards.
And then there were four. My money was on JaJa, as I loved her before she was cut on Season 11. What routines are you hoping to see performed again?
Before Season 12 began, I wrote that I wasn’t confident how the street/stage format would work out, and I’m still not sure. The tapper won the votes of the viewers and fans alike. I get upset when they get a bad routine, and I sometimes have to work with the costuming and say, “This doesn’t look the best on them”. Eliminations were kept even each week, allowing for a Top 4 comprised of two street dancers and two stage dancers.

Meanwhile, contemporary struck a chord with the Team Street finalists. I just want a little bit more control of my own team. FOX has yet to renew “SYTYCD” for Season 13.
