The Edition model offers a choice of two exterior paintwork colors: Alpine White and Austin Yellow metallic.

Weighs 625 kg lighter than the BMW M6 Coupe. The Competition Package supes up the existing M6 Coupe. To signify its special edition status are the iconic BMW M exterior body stripes that come with the package.

The M6 Coupe Competition Edition is powered by a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 that produces 600 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque.

Under the skin, key suspension components such as the springs, dampers and anti-roll bars all get a firmer tuning.

Sharing its space with a lot of other BMW vehicles, the new M6 Coupe Competition Edition has been brought to the German automotive event. Competition Edition cars feature a carbon-fiber M decklid spoiler and exhaust tips as well as a functional rear diffuser.

Designed for use by privateer teams in the 2016 GT racing leage, the M6 GT3 is the most focussed S series variant to date. Blacked out kidney grilles and the “M6 Competition” lettering on the door sills complete the bespoke feeling you’re buying when purchasing one of these.
