The mentally ill man – who even had killed her mother in the year 1968 – now stabbed his neighbor for several time for the noise as he thought that he was a ‘android alien’.

According to the report, the incident happened in the year 2004 but the court ordered for the medical treatment as he was unfit to stand trial.
In early of this year, he was brought back for the trial where he finally got life sentence.
The 68 year old, Norman Richard Bassett, even killed her mother in the year 1968 and got released from jail in 1982.
But again he attempted for the murder of his neighbor after following a row of noise.
