Newly Elected Leader of Labour Party Announces Main Shadow Secretaries

Jeremy Corbyn has already managed to win a new cadre of critics after appointing a senior shadow cabinet team made up of white men.

His anti-austerity and anti-establishment platform attracted a wave of popular support and secured 59% of more than 400,000 first-choice votes cast by the party’s members and registered supporters. A party source said women formed the majority of the full shadow cabinet team.
