The issue for Virginia under Mike London is an inconsistent offense, but the unit has found its identity with Matt Johns at quarterback. “We were excited to go to work”. Three weeks from now, we’ll have that win under our column.

Free safety Quin Blanding is the cream of the crop, the reigning ACC Defensive Rookie of the Year who had the most tackles of any freshman in the country last season. Mikal Abdul-Saboor posted his seventh straight 100-yard rushing day, a program record, with exactly 100 yards on 22 carries. We had some explosive plays for long gains. London began his full-time coaching career with the Tribe under current William & Mary coach Jimmye Laycock from 1991-1994.3.

Keanu Reuben recovered an onside kick to begin second half, but W&M was unable to pick up a first down. I mean, we’re not looking at it that way, ” London said. That is why I called timeout at the end of the half.

Taquan Mizzell had 169 yards of total offense and a touchdown
