X Factor preview videos: Cheryl’s tears, ice cream fight, hubby and wife

“X Factor” has been known for its outrageous moments even from series one – when Sharon Osbourne closed the series with this notorious attack on eventual victor , Steve Brookstein, branding him “full of crap” and “an average singer”.In his book, “Getting Over The X”, Steve also made various accusations about Sharon’s conduct on the show, claiming she also tried to sabotage one of his live interviews by banging on his dressing room wall.

The final group of hopefuls will sing their hearts out for a place in the boot camp stage of the X Factor.

A beardy ice cream man singing pop-rock anthems while Simon Cowell, Rita Ora, Cheryl, and Grimmy fight each other with ice cream cones is exactly what Saturday night TV is all about.

After coming on-stage with a decidedly dodgy act name, Louel (aka Louis and Ellen – see what they did there?) managed to deliver strong vocals in their rendition of a rather tiresome Ariana Grande song.
