Priest installed ‘network jammer’ in church to avoid people talking on phone during funerals

A priest in South Italy was so fed up that he installed a ‘network jammer’ in church to stop the people talking over the phones during funerals.

According to the report, the priest decided to install the device after asking to the local police, who allowed him to do so, seeing the situation which he explained.

He had to hire an engineer to install the device into the church.

After this installation, a local firm started complaining about the network glitches in payment machines, which eventually increased the failure rate.

Another shop owner said in a talk “Since Father Madonna started using the jammer I’ve had real problems using my card swiper for payments”.
