A woman – said to be the suspect’s girlfriend – her newborn baby and pastor have all been hurt. All three victims were rushed to a nearby hospital where they are undergoing emergency treatment.

The shooter has been identified as James Minter who will face three counts of attempted murder which carries twenty years to life for each charge.

The preacher’s condition is unknown at this time.

Jackson revealed that Minter is now being held at the Dallas County Jail without bond.

Jackson says the shooting stems from a domestic issue between Minter and the woman and that race was not a factor. Police officials have commenced the investigation into the incident. People have started tweeting about it already.
