Blackhawks Patrick Kane Talks Investigation

Patrick Kane is back on the ice with the Chicago Blackhawks for the first time since he became the focal point of a rape investigation in Hamburg. The information should live up to within the heart of exercising and training camp.

So did Kane purchase his out of the majority of these burden? There was at no affirmation, or refusal for this… “I mean, I was a little rusty”, Kane said.

It was a much different picture than the awkward news conference on Thursday when Kane was pressed on the decision to come to camp despite the ongoing investigation. That includes a question about whether Kane believes he has a drinking problem, which he politely declined to answer.

For the time being, the star right winger appears as though he will be with the team when the season gets underway, and he seems confident that nothing in the investigation will change that, which is something that I’m sure that Kane, the Blackhawks, and their fans are all hoping for. In the meantime, the local district attorney has punted the question of whether to charge him to a grand jury, which has already been rescheduled once.

On Friday at Kane’s first appearance on ice at camp a crowd of some 4,000 applauded and loudly cheered him. Regardless of whether it is eventually determined that he did or did not commit this crime, they should be ashamed of themselves for sitting him down in front of a room of reporters wearing Blackhawks apparel in front of a Blackhawks backdrop to say his accuser’s claims are untrue.

“A lot of guys are struggling like I said to shake that rust off and get things going but he just goes out there and plays the game”. “We recognize that Patrick Kane is dealing with a very serious situation, ” McDonough said.

McDonough can dodge that question all he wants, but the fact of the matter is, the mere presence of Kane at that conference afforded him an outlet, sponsored by the Blackhawks, to proclaim his innocence.

Keeping successful teams together is a nearly.mpossible task in any sport that has cap limitations, as the better players perform, the more money they command. I really can’t comment about that right now.
