Microsoft will launch its flagship smartphones, the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL with Windows 10 Mobile Threshold 1, and will receive Threshold 2 along with the remaining Windows Phone devices when it is launched in November.

The Lumia 950XL will come with the new Windows 10 Mobile out of the box, and will be accompanied by its smaller cousin, the Lumia 950, at the upcoming October 6 event. The film will star Vin Diesel as a bearded, immortal witch-hunter who must stop a plague from ravaging New York City.
Based from the previous pricing of Surface Pro 3, various models are offered with an all-year-round marked down price. Microsoft has promised that it will keep the general form factor and charging mechanism the same for the Surface Pro 4, largely for businesses that have already invested in things like charging stations.
However, Microsoft reportedly is planning to develop two next-generation Surface 2-in-1 devices, one coming with a 12-inch display and the other a 13- to 14-inch screen, which are expected to spur new orders for makers.
One of the perks of the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is its “transformable” feature that allows it to be a tablet or a laptop interchangeably, making it a hybrid device. There will be a few changes to the device, however. Even a fingerprint scanner embedded on the touchpad is expected by some.
The Lumia 950 XL is expected to be having a 5.7-inch display with the same Quad HD resolution, a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 chip, and 3,300 mAh battery juice to power the device.

Given the fact that the Surface Pro 4 itself has not been formally announced, the specs and features associated with the device are just rumors for now, but they have been getting more consistent recently.
