A man who is having two male sex organs and both are working perfectly – releases a book with name “Double Header: My Life with Two Penises” for sharing his life’s experiences.

According to the report, the man, who calls himself DoubleD***Dude, came in public eyes a year ago almost after he wrote on Reddit about what is medically known as diphallia.
He says that he was born with two well-functioning penises and yet have slept with more than 1,000 men or women.
He recounts the practicalities of living with a condition so rare that only 1 in 5.5 million men are born with it – and even fewer with penises that both function normally.
