At Sunday night’s Emmys, one accessory got a ton of screen time: a green ribbon.
When Jeffrey Tambor accepted his Best Actor in a Comedy Emmy, viewers noticed a green ribbon on his lapel – prompting questions about what it actually meant. Congrats! Turns out, there’s a good reason why stars like Gaby Hoffmann and Jeffrey Tambor dared to add a potentially clashing color into their ensembles: They’re standing up on behalf of the environment.
