After his wife tried to kick him, he “grabbed both of her arms, pulled her off the couch, put his foot on her chest and then pulled”, the complaint said.

A Dormont man was arrested after police say he killed his wife early Sunday morning.

Police in Allegheny County said emergency responders were sent to a Dormont residence just before 6:30 a.m. Sunday in response to a 911 call “about a domestic disturbance” and a “woman not breathing”. According to the Post Gazette on September 20, 2015, Angle is being held in the Allegheny County Jail awaiting arraignment on the charge. When police arrived, they found Donna Angle, 57, unresponsive. He couldn’t recall for how long but said it was not for munites.

Dave Hawk, who is listed on Kurt Angle’s website as his wrestling manager, confirmed the brothers’ relationship, adding via text message to the Post-Gazette: “Due to the situation, Kurt would appreciate if you can honor his family’s request for privacy at his hard time”.

After this, the woman became unconscious and Angle unsuccessfully tried to revive her before dialing 911. Kurt Angle hasn’t publicly commented on it and likely won’t speak about the very personal tragedy that has rocked his family. Angle has acknowledged struggling with substance abuse issues. He is scheduled to return to in-ring competition at TNA’s Bound For Glory event in October.
