A couple in their 80’s became the biggest lottery winner of the New York after netting a cool $326 million.

According to the report, the couple was actually travelling for the dinner but due to bad weather they turned to a petrol station, where the pair purchased a Mega Millions ticket.
Few days later the couple came to know that they’re the lucky winner of the lottery and netted an amount of $326 million.
The 80 year old husband, Harold Diamond, said in a talk “My wife insisted we stop here to eat and wait for the weather to clear, and I reluctantly agreed”.
He then added “I have to thank her with both barrels because if it weren’t for her insistence, we would not be here today”.
