Hitman only got fined as the police failed to prove the killing was intentional
A hitman was only fined $1100 (almost) for the attempt to murder as the police failed to prove that he was intentionally trying to kill.

According to the report, the 21 year old unmanned man asked the hitman on cash to kill the 17 year old youth.
The killer agreed and went to kill the man.
Before anything bad could happen, the police raided on the building and saved the victim.
But police failed to prove the attempt was intentional by the hitman and hence he was only fined.
But the person who asked for the murder and paid to the hitman, was sentenced to two years in prison but was later suspended because he confessed.
