Barcelona Ask To Register Arda Turan
That ban has now technically finished, but Turan-and other summer purchase Aleix Vidal-still can not turn out for Barca as it is against the rules to register players outside a transfer window.

Barcelona want to permission to register Arda Turan as an injury replacement for Rafinha.
Barcelona last week lost Brazilian attacker Rafinha who suffered a season-ending knee injury and they are subsequently in need of reinforcements in the middle of the park. However, when a registered player suffers and injury that will keep him out five months or more, a club is allowed to replace him on the registered roster.
Federation Internationale de Football Association aren’t thought to look kindly upon that stance, though, and say it will be January 4 when Barca can register players, and Mundo Deportivo write that Barca don’t expect their case to be supported by the world governing body.
Although Barça have started well – they meet Celta Vigo on Wednesday having won their last four La Liga matches – they have struggled with injuries.
Barcelona midfielder Rafinha will reportedly undergo knee surgery on Tuesday afternoon as he begins his recovery from a torn anterior cruciate ligament. That led to youth players Sandro Ramirez and Munir El Haddadi starting in the win over Levante on Sunday.
German publication Sport Bild claim Barcelona’s bosses feel Walcott could play up front for the Champions League winners and add some necessary depth to their squad.

“They are living a weird situation, similar when your parents punish the older son for something the little one did”. Arda didn’t think he would play until January, but he is ready.
