Emmys: Peter Dinklage Wins Supporting Actor Award

Sentiment appears to favor stylish 1960s-era advertising show “Mad Men” as it bids for a record fifth drama series win to crown its final season.

For sheer awards tonnage, it was a triumph for HBO.

Peter Dinklage was smacking on some chewing gum when his name was called as the victor for best supporting actor at Sunday’s Emmy Awards.

The next closest network was Comedy Central with four.

The drama awards were a little better, if only because I was surprised at how many awards Game of Thrones got (for a relatively weak season, I thought).
