The beloved on-screen duo Jon Hamm and January Jones celebrated Hamm’s Emmys win for Best Actor in a Drama Series at the AMC After-party at BOA Steakhouse in El Lay. Hamm won the Emmy Award for Best Lead Actor in a Drama Series at the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday.

Along with seven losses for his portrayal of Don Draper, Hamm had additionally been seemed over for his visitor roles on “30 Rock” and “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt“, and for his contributions as a producer on the newest three seasons of “Mad Males”.
Since the 44-year-old was sitting in the front row directly in front of the stage, instead of walking to the set of stairs towards the side when his name was called, he walked right up to center stage, threw one leg up and flung his body onto the floor of the stage, gripping until he could get his whole body up. His complete now stands at 16 nominations with only one win.

At the Emmys, Variety spoke to more “Mad Men” cast members about Hamm’s big night.
Jon and fellow actor Jennifer announced their split earlier this month in a joint statement to People, saying: ‘With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history. ‘I would not be standing here without you‘. “Thank you to everyone who watched the show, thank you for this”.
“It’s not my first time around the briar patch here”, Hamm told E! News backstage at the 2015 Emmys that he wasn’t expecting to win and mainly attended the award show to spend time with friends and have a good time.

Whereas Draper was a drunk, a primadonna, and a serial adulterer, Hamm was said to be a schlubby, self-deprecating everyman, hopelessly devoted to his longtime girlfriend, Jennifer Westfedlt.
