A husband was arrested as he demolished his wife’s property without even telling her about this.

It was reported that the 48 year old man, James Rhein, was trying to get a permit to demolish the house which actually was on the name of his wife.
But when he found out that the local authority office was closed, he thought of taking the matter into his own hands.
He then rented an excavator and demolished the house.
However, when his wife came to know – she made a complaint against him and even said that he didn’t ask her before demolishing the property which actually was on her name.
He then calmly replied that he called her but she didn’t replied.
Rhein was charged with criminal mischief and released on $300.
