What the images show, the Huawei-made Nexus could be called the Nexus P, while the one that is being manufactured by LG could be labelled Nexus 5X. According to a new report, the names of both the variants have finally been confirmed as “LG Nexus 5X” and “Huawei Nexus 6P”. That makes the 5X slightly more expensive, but still competitive in terms of other top-tier smartphones.

Rumors have it that the Huawei Nexus 6P is backed by a 3500mAh battery.
An industry source said, “Since Nexus phones are made to test Android OS, they will not have a profound effect on a two-way battle between Samsung and Apple”.
For those tuning in from the United Kingdom, Google’s Sept 29 event start time is 5PM and it will be held at Google’s UK headquarters. While last year’s Nexus 6 bucked the trend by asking punters to part with £600, the new Nexus 5 shouldn’t cost anywhere near as much due to its smaller size and less than current specs.

Huawei’s version is expected to have a 5.7-inch qHD screen with a 2,560×1,440-pixel resolution and a metal body. They will be the first Nexus devices to sport the new USB Type C port (that manufacturers have begun to follow) and also make the fingerprint sensor a standard, at least on mid-range devices and flagships.
