Mill View are putting the kettle on for Macmillan Cancer Support
Macmillan Cancer Support is hosting its “World’s Biggest Coffee Morning” with fundraisers around the country serving up coffee and tea and cake, all in aid of the charity.

There will be a range of delicious cakes plus coffee and tea and depending on the weather, visitors may be able to sit outside and enjoy the panoramic views of the landscaped gardens.
Liz Airey, local fundraising manager for Macmillan Cancer Support, is encouraging Peterlee residents to help out at the charity’s collection day in Castle Dene Shopping Centre on Saturday, October 3. There will also be stalls selling cakes and preserves. Cancer is the toughest fight most of us will ever face.
Settle: Dalehome, on Station Road, invites everyone to coffee and cake on Monday between 10am and noon.
Embsay: A coffee morning, with tombola, will take place at Laurel Croft tomorrow between 10am and 1pm.

Also in Littlehampton, Clarified Extensions and Beauty will be hosting a coffee morning between 12noon and 2pm to support Macmillan on September 25.
