Reality show’s ghost-hunting pair found dead after standoff
Both had a professional history of working with Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) during their paranormal investigations. Mark Constantino was also considered a suspect in the death of the man at his wife’s apartment, police said.

According to Nevada’s KTVN, at approximately 8:00 AM Tuesday, the police were called to Debby Constantino’s apartment after one of her roommates found their male roommate dead, and Debby missing.
SWAT teams then proceeded to track the Reality TV star’s cellphone to an apartment in Sparks belonging to Debbie’s estranged husband, fellow ghost hunter Mark Constantino.
The deaths are “directly related” with the murder of another unnamed man in nearby Reno, Nevada, according to Police.
Police have released few details surrounding their deaths, which came hours after the killing of another man in Reno.
Officials said – as part of that investigation, which started at about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday – police pinged the telephone of a woman who could not be found in that case.
The couple were found inside their daughter’s apartment at 1100 15th St., near Sparks High School. Mark Constantino fired several shots at police as they approached, the Associated Press reported, but police did not return fire. The suspect told the officers “give me 15 minutes to gather my thoughts or I’ll kill her”, Reno Deputy Police Chief Tom Robinson told the newspaper.
Police have not revealed how they were killed or what kind of gun was used in the apartment, which belonged to the couple’s adult daughter.
Washoe District Court records show Debby Constantino obtained a restraining order that was served on her estranged husband last week, and the two were scheduled to appear in court in December regarding their pending divorce.
Officers heard several gunshots when they knocked on the apartment door and heard a man yelling at police to leave.

Officers eventually used explosives to blow open the door to find Constantino and the woman dead inside.
