A man was finally got freed from jail after almost four decades and he was there for the crime that he hadn’t committed.

According to the report, the 70 year old man, Joseph Sledge, was freed from jail after a DNA expert cast doubt over his conviction.
It was cleared then that there wasn’t any perfect prove that the crime of stabbing a daughter and mother was done by him.
The expert said that the DNA received from the spot wasn’t matching with the DNA of Josephs.
The judges accepted that they had made a mistake around 40 years ago.
It was even said that after the decision came – Joseph was still for a moment, then hugged his lawyer and family members who attended the hearing
