Nickelodeon Is Bringing Back Rugrats, Ren & Stimpy, Hey Dude and More ’90s

The list includes “All That“, “CatDog“, “Clarissa Explains It All“, “Hey Arnold!”, “Legends of the Hidden Temple“, “Rocko’s Modern Life” and plenty more. So far, Nickelodeon says the programming block will feature the following shows: All That Angry Beavers Are You Afraid of the Dark? With our beloved Nicktoons, game shows and live-action, Nickelodeon can take a page from Adult Swim and mix in a late-night block of new original programming geared towards a generation that refused to outgrow Rugrats, but also enjoys wonderful works of cartoon art like Rick and Morty or FXX’s Animation Domination block. The TeenNick block of programming is expected to add more shows in the future, so if youre looking for Double Dare or The Adventures of Pete and Pete, there’s a chance theyll be there eventually.

In addition, the Splat will feature a fan-driven web site built around social conversations, an Splat-branded keyboard featuring emoticons, stickers and GIFs and a social media presence of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, twitter, Vine and YourTube, said the network.

Go grab a case of totally healthy and definitely vegan orange soda, because Nickelodeon has finally revealed what all this “The Splat” business is really about.

Each week of October will have theme, the first being “First Time for Everything“, which will feature the first two episodes of fan-favorite animated and live-action shows.

While nothing definitive has been shared about the particulars of how to access the Splat’s website, it in all likelihood will be something like HBO Go, which requires a cable login.

The emoji keyboard, previewed below, will debut in early October. You know you do, and now it’ll be all yours.

Numerous Nickelodeon favorites were watched primarily on TV, but “The Splat“, a name that suggests the green slime that was part of the network’s promotional efforts as well as its series “You Can’t Do That On Television”, will ooze in other media venues as well.
