The Martian premiere: Matt Damon, Jessica Chastain, Kristen Wiig, and Kate
Speaking at the European premiere of “The Martian” in London’s Leicester Square last night (24.09.15), Matt – who plays astronaut Mark Watney – told BANG Showbiz: “I didn’t get to keep the spacesuit, I should’ve asked for it”.

The Martian will take audiences behind the scenes for an exclusive look at the making of the film, including exclusive interviews with Matt Damon, Jessica Chastain, Jeff Daniels, and Kate Mara, as well as enormous fans creating artificial dust storms by blowing hurricane-force, 200 kph (124 mph) winds at the cast.
Ridley has previously directed acclaimed films including Blade Runner and Gladiator. But Watney has survived and finds himself stranded and alone on the hostile planet.
In another clip from the film, the world has united together in hopes of Mark’s return, staging worldwide rallies and blowing up social media with the message, “Bring Him Home”. “I suppose Relating to something that connection with the majority of an individual here; and that’s the true love for technology and place, a theme which includes always delighted me, like a individuals would surely have found in my more quickly films”.
