Iran deal requires strict vigilance

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s aggressive statements regarding Israel and the United States are signals that Iran’s supreme religious leader fears his power is slipping; abrasive comments in the style of North Korea’s Kim regime are generally signs of weakness, rather than strength.

A second Republican attempt to block the Iran nuclear deal failed on the Senate floor Tuesday as calls for Republican leaders to abandon their efforts to condemn the deal grew louder.

Dr Kantor added: “We hope that the United Kingdom will continue to see Israel as a major strategic partner, especially as the region’s only democracy and free nation and one that cooperates in practical ways to safeguard British interests and lives”.

Let’s put this issue on the ballot and let Oregonians decide if they want to spend their tax dollars directly or indirectly on state sponsors of terrorism. For decades, the Iranians have expressed their hate for not only Western civilization – particularly the US and Israel – but also Christians and Jews. According to the Pew Research Center, almost 50 percent of Americans disapprove of the deal, while only 21 percent support it. In both houses of Congress, bipartisan majorities voted for disapproval.

Under current policy, taxpayers can’t receive foreign tax credits for business done within the country and shareholders are taxed for any income earned there.

“There is no renegotiation, and the nuclear-related sanctions relief that Iran will receive once the IAEA verifies that it has completed its nuclear steps is clearly spelled out in the text of the (agreement)”, the official said. When Iran started developing its uranium resources, many began to worry that Iran would build a bomb, thus sanctions were placed on the country. We must be vigilant and watchful regarding the goals and the intentions of the new administration in Iran as it addresses its newfound domestic and global responsibilities. McConnell, Boehner and their rank-and-file are angry that they could not succeed in convincing enough Democrats on the other side of the aisle of their ultimate argument: that the JCPOA was a weak capitulation that virtually handed the Iranian government a nuclear weapon.

Iran is concerned over US influence in its affairs following the recent nuclear deal, a senior member of Iran’s Assembly of Experts said Thursday. Who can accept it in Iran?

Those who opposed the deal have to move on to the new reality.

A July nuclear agreement between the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, plus Germany, and Iran could release sanctions pressure on the Iranian oil sector. He and presidential nominee, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, lost the election to Obama and Vice President Joe Biden. Toward that end, we went to the federal building in Albany and presented a letter to Sen.

Under the new formula, Iran will cede exploration, development, and production operations on a given oilfield exclusively to a foreign contractor.

The core problem is this: Iran can not be trusted.
