Starbucks Introduces “Toasted Graham Latte” for Fall

Still, a transatlantic journey for the sole objective of trying a new Starbucks drink is totally justified – and we’re off now to look at flight prices. Available in stores nationwide starting Wednesday, the Toasted Graham Latte is the coffee behemoth’s first new autumnal drink in four years, the company said.

Sweet cream and graham mix with steamed milk and espresso comprise the TGL, which is then topped with cinnamon graham crumble.

Starbucks told Mashable at a tasting that the flavor was created by soaking honey graham crackers in warm milk, which is exactly what the drink tastes like.

Other ~important~ things to know about the TGL: It’s more coffee-forward and not as sweet as its sister drink, the PSL.

Jumping off its easily recognizable red holiday cups, Starbucks also launched a new fall paper cup, which features hand-drawn autumn-inspired drawings like leaves, pumpkins and pine cones. Put on a sweater and get on board!

If you’re burned out from pumpkin spice everything, this is the beverage for you.

And naturally, the “sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs” was missing from the top.

A grande size of the new beverage has 300 calories, 40 grams of sugar and 6 grams of saturated fat, according to Starbucks’ nutritional information. That only gives you one month to try to cozy new flavor! “We wanted the colors on the cup to take a secondary role, and let the illustrations take the lead”, Balch added.
