Retailer Amazon.com has listed a limited edition PS4 “Black Ops 3” bundle which is said to include a 1TB hard drive.
For a game that was designed around garish and ostentatious ornamentation, the fact that that console is a simple shade of white, proves that less certainly is more.
It will be arriving on November 6 in time for the global release date, but the good news that we wanted to share is that the Black Ops 3 bundle pre-orders for USA and United Kingdom are now live. Besides the different paint job, there’s other reasons to buy the Black Ops 3 PS4 bundle.
The PlayStation 4 will be a Nuketown-coloured PlayStation 4 with similarly-coloured DualShock 4, the latter of which will also be sold separately. As is the case with all limited editions, the bundle is available only while stocks last.
The console is presented in Jet Black and is adorned with the Call of Duty: Black Ops III ember orange logo, with orange power and eject buttons. Hell, take a look at the Sunset Overdrive Xbox One console. The situation is a complete reversal for the Call of Duty franchise. That means that downloadable add ons and maps, and an early multiplayer beta test all hit PlayStation 4 first.
