It was reported that the 15-foot adult male mega-mouth shark was discovered dead by the fisherman and then it got named as ‘toothless’ monster by the local people despite the fact that it had almost 50 rows of gnashes.

The huge rare shark was then taken by the country’s Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources to investigate the fact on how the monster died.

It’s believed that the remains of the shark will go on display at Albay Parks and Wildlife Centre in the Philippines.

An expert said that this kind of shark was first spotted in the year 1976.
